Meet Your Coach

Speaker, performance coach, and author for high-producing real estate agents and team leaders who've outgrown the way they operate.

Smiling woman in white blazer leaning on a chair.

You didn't come here for a pep talk.

You're closing. Hitting your numbers. Doing everything you're "supposed" to do — and still answering messages at 11pm, still saying yes when you mean no, still telling yourself it'll ease up after this next deal. It never does.

Here's the part you probably haven't said out loud: you don't actually trust it'll hold if you stop pushing. So you don't. You carry it — mostly alone, because admitting that at your level feels like ingratitude, not honesty.

That's not a motivation problem. Keep reading.

I'm Melanie — speaker, performance coach, and author for high-producing real estate agents and team leaders who've built real success and are quietly exhausted from what it takes to keep it.

I'm not a mindset coach. I don't do affirmations, and I'm not going to tell you to "trust the process." You already have more systems, scripts, and strategy than you're using. What I actually do is help you see where you've outgrown how you operate — then recalibrate from there, starting on the inside, so what you build on the outside actually holds instead of spiking and crashing on repeat. I get to see that clearly because of an odd combination: elite athletic discipline, clinical behavioral training, and a decade of actually running a brokerage. Most coaches have one of those. I built my whole career stacking all three.

I don't add more to your plate, I help you recalibrate what's already on it.

The Recalibration Method™ is how:

Recognize

Catch the signal before it costs you — the overthinking, the reactivity, the execution that's technically happening but isn't producing results anymore.

Realign

Rebuild your standards, your systems, and your business around the person you are now — not the version of you who built this five years ago.

Reset

Stabilize how you operate under pressure — clean decisions, emotional control, and a system that isn't running on chronic override.

Rise

Perform at your next level and hold it. Consistency compounds. Results stop spiking and start repeating — with the freedom you built the business to give you in the first place.

"I'm not teaching you something I read about. I'm teaching you what I had to burn down and rebuild to learn."

Here's the proof behind it, and why each piece actually matters for you:

Division I Athlete — I know the difference between discipline that builds you and discipline that quietly breaks you, because I've lived both.

Master's in Clinical Social Work, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — I don't guess at why execution breaks down under pressure. I was trained to find the root, not just treat the symptom.

Co-Founder, Elevate Maine Realty — I built a brokerage of 25+ agents from the ground up. I'm not coaching from theory. I've made payroll, hit the wall, and rebuilt from it.

Author, The Fulfillment Formula — the ideas behind this method, in book form.

Weekly performance call for top-producing agent — tested in real rooms, every week, not just on a stage.

Off stage, I'm usually underwater. I got my scuba certification recently — forty feet down, nothing but your own breathing, and my brain finally shuts up. Mornings it's meditation and a dog walk with my phone left inside. On weekends, I'm probably on a mountain snowboarding with my husband, Jasper, or taking a long run.

Ask my family and they'll paint a totally different picture of me. I'm the most gullible person alive. I butcher every saying known to man — it's a running joke at this point. I will 100% bust out the worm at a professional event if the music's right. And once, at a baseball game, I tried to start the wave — not by standing up in my seat like a normal person, but by getting up and running the entire length of the stadium with my arms over my head. Turns out that's not how it works.

That's genuinely who I am. Intense enough to walk away from one career, build another from the ground up, survive seasons that forced me to rebuild myself while continuing to lead a growing company... and playful enough to be the one doing the worm at the holiday party. I've learned you don't have to sacrifice joy to achieve something extraordinary.

That's genuinely both of me — ambitious enough to rebuild an entire business from a bathroom floor, and still the playful one doing the worm at the holiday party.
